CoastInfo International is a research and advice agency specialised in nature and environmental policy related to coastal management.

Some examples of our current and recently competed projects:

• Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure, Public Works and Water Management: Project management for nature policy and water management for six large infrastructure projects. Tasks include controlling external consultants, testing policy plans and advice.
• Produced QualityCoast reports for a number of Dutch municipalities. These reports are a requirement for municipalities to apply for this ecolabel. All municipalities that were advised by Coastinfo have received the QualityCoast label.
• Produced report “A combined coastal defence and marina at Katwijk, orienting on nature protection legislature with advice on mitigation and compensation and further research” for client Nederlandse Zeejachthaven Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij B.V. (2009). This report gives a detailed review on measures to take to combine coastal defence, a newly developed marina and nature development in this area, based on Dutch nature legislature, policy plans and local hydrology.
